My Philosophy
I understand that buying a home is probably the biggest decision that you can make, and I would like you to know that if you work with me, that we'll be working together every step of the way to make this journey a memorable success. I truly believe that a successful agent doesn't just find or sell a house, but they find or sell "home." I know that my calling in the world was to be that person to help others find, or sell their home. My purpose and pleasure in life is to be a part of your life story, and to be the friend that helped you find your next home and start the next chapter in your life. I promise to not only listen to you and your needs as a home buyer or seller, but to always put your needs ahead of mine. My relationships with my clients never end at the sale, as my clients and I have a friendship for life. For the last 20 years, I've been successfully selling real estate, and you can count on me to get you top dollar for your home and negotiate a competitive offer for the one you're going to buy!
About Me
I am the luckiest man in the world, marrying my best friend Meghan, which cannot come soon enough. I am blessed to have four amazing boys: Jonah, Jayden, Hudson & baby Hannon. Jonah is a 20 year old movie buff / amazing young gentlemen. Jayden is my 12 year old son that is in love with football, wrestling, and anything airplanes. My 9 year old Hudson is as sporty and sweet as they come, the next soccer prodigy. Baby Hannon is our newest sweetie! As a family we enjoy spending time together riding our bicycles, spending time with family and friends, enjoying every facet of the great outdoors, and hanging with our pup Luna.
I can speak Russian fluently, and can communicate in Spanish as well. Some of my other passions in life revolve around music and food. I love to play the guitar, bass and drums and I absolutely LOVE to cook (and eat said food).

My Heroes
My parents: for leaving the old country with my brother and only $90 in their pocket in search of a better life for their family here in America. For taking that courageous leap without even knowing a single word in English. My dad for working many weeks at a time away from his family and doing everything in his power to make sure his family never went to sleep at night hungry. For starting a successful remodeling / construction company and teaching me that I can achieve anything with enough hard work and an unbreakable will.
