I’d like to sincerely thank David for all his support over the past three months as he helped my wife and me search for a home. David is a highly professional and knowledgeable agent. He has a strong understanding of international relocation and truly appreciates the different needs of people coming from overseas. His familiarity with the Northen Chicago area is excellent—he was always able to guide us on where to live based on our work location and lifestyle. What really stood out was his deep knowledge of the properties themselves. He didn’t just show us houses—he walked us through important details like overall condition, basement, utilities, HVAC systems, and water systems. At the same time, he was always very honest and transparent about both the positives and the limitations of each property, which we really appreciated. He was also extremely patient and attentive. He listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and he always took the time to explain things clearly—especially when it came to complex contracts and leasing terms. No matter how detailed or technical the questions were, he consistently came back with answers that were easy for us to understand. Finding a rental home that would accept three cats was not easy, and it took longer than expected. However, David stayed fully committed throughout the process. He made himself available—even on weekends—and went above and beyond, visiting many properties with us and helping us evaluate each one until we found the right home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with David. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend him to any colleagues relocating to the Chicago area, especially Takeda employees in need of housing support.
